We are really excited to have Kettlebell Fitness Class back at The Foundry, she is the newest member of our Kettlebell Sport Team welcome Holli Mack.

She is now offering small group training at The Foundry Athletic Training Studio. Get the intimacy of personal training but the motivation of a group. The classes are kept small so that I can give each one of you my undivided attention.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


EARLY BIRD BOOTCAMP


This class is for all those early risers, who want to get up and get their workout done!

 

The class will begin with a dynamic warm up, getting the mind and muscles ready to train. Followed by a bootcamp/HIIT styled workout, that includes a variety of different exercises, with the purpose of becoming stronger, fitter and healthier versions of ourselves. Every class will finish with some form of stretching, to loosen tight muscles and aid in recovery.  

 

ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!

 

Days: Tuesday and Thursday

Time: 6:00AM-7:00AM


KETTLEBELL SWEAT SESH


Looking for a total body workout that burns fat, while building strength and increasing flexibility? This class may be for you!

 

In these classes, expect a mix of circuits and HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength and weight lifting, body weight exercises, mobility drills and coaching on proper technique with a kettlebell.

 

Effective and safe workouts for all fitness levels, making you sweat while having fun!!

 

Days: Tuesday and Thursday 

Time: 9:00am-10:00am


LUNCH TIME QUICKIE


The name of the class speaks for itself Lol This class was designed for busy folks, that only have time on their lunch break to get in a quick workout.

 

Classes are only 30mins in duration, moving fast from start to finish. Utilizing a variety of exercises and styles of training to offer a short and efficient workout, leaving you satisfied.

 

Days: Tuesday and Thursday 

Time: 12:15pm-12:45pm
