Our kettlebell sport classes will always have a qualified coach in the gym to structure and guide workouts, offer detailed correction and instruction, within their training program. We offer open gym so members can utilize our facility and continue there training if they are not able to attend our class times.
Programming is customized for every individual to there goals whatever they may be.
The main lifts kettlebell sport focuses on are:
Jerk - One Arm & Doubles
Snatch - One Arm
Longcycle - One Arm & Doubles
We also offer an introductory one on one coaching session that gives you the competency in the main lifts and prepare you to get the most out of our unique small group environment classes. With this coaching it allows our coaches to help choose the best suited programming and goals for your success.
